"Walk With Me In Hell" contiene oltre 5 ore di incredibili contenuti speciali e backstage "all-access".
Disco 1: contiene il già anticipato documentario "Walk With Me In Hell" e molteplici live performance da tutto il mondo durante il tour di "Sacrament". Questo documentario vi delizierà con ogni dettaglio su quanto accaduto una volta completate le registrazioni e girato il mondo quasi x 3 volte a supporto del loro acclamato album del 2006.
Disco 2: comprende un'altro lungo filmato del "Making of Sacrament" e inoltre l'intera e brutale performance al Download festival 2007, dove i Lamb of God hanno suonato davanti a più di 72,000 fans. La sezione "Extras" include scene nascoste, vari video di live performance in diverse tappe, il video ufficiale di "Redneck" e un documentario sulla sua realizzazione, il "Making of Redneck" appunto.
